This statement has been issued and released in order to make known, as far as it may concern anybody who's interested in, that Mr. Andrea Falcucci, freelance mechanical engineer, enrolled in the Registry of Engineers with the no. 1501, section a-b-c in the Province of Pesaro Urbino, is the sole and exclusive designer and inventor of the technology used by the company Smartsystem Srl, and thus applied to the following Smartsystem products: Arm X-Lite and Arm X1 and to any products which will be released in the future.
This stabilization system is characterized by the presence of a rod connected to the dumper enclosed in the bone which implies the profitable increase of the possible oscillation range of at least an articulated quadrilateral, all as attested by the relative project, which has been filed since July 4, 2007 at Mr Cesare Pierdominici's notary firm, located in Camerino, (Province of Macerata), via Varino Favorino 9, indexed with the No. 26607 of the collection No. 8660, and registered at the Registry Office of Camerino on June 15, 2007 at No. 378, series 1T.

Given that, this statement has also been issued and released in order to make known, as far as it may concern anybody who's interested in, that the undersigned Engineer Andrea Falcucci will resolutely adopt the most appropriate and incisive legal action against anyone who arrogate to himself the paternity of the above-mentioned technology, or in any way and for any purpose, calls its rightful paternity into question.
